In the competitive world of high-end real estate, sometimes you gotta be a shark — and sometimes you just gotta reel one in.

So when broker Jill Boudreau of Coldwell Banker Wellesley wanted to drum up some interest in a nearly $9 million manse she has listed, she called on Barbara Corcoran, the uber New York real estate entrepreneur and one of the “sharks” on the ABC reality show “Shark Tank.”

Tuesday night I hosted 100 of Boston’s Top Brokers at my clients’ Wellesley Estate. I invited Barbara Corcoran as my guest.
